Jean-Pierre Bolat

JP’s extensive background in defense technology, combined with leadership experience in healthcare and franchising, further strengthens the firm’s expertise across these sectors.

In addition to his senior advisory role, JP leads The Bolat Group, a management consulting firm focused on driving business growth. He currently works with Sumitomo Heavy Industries Material Handling Division, a manufacturer of specialized cranes for shipbuilding operations as their Senior U.S. Market Advisor – and is involved in efforts to revitalize the U.S. shipbuilding industry.

JP also owns and operates the Connecticut franchise of QuickMountTV, the nation’s only branded TV mounting and smart home installation service.

A retired Navy Commander, JP has advised companies in the cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and emerging technology sectors. JP graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and earned a Master of Science in Astronautical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, as well as an MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
