Headquartered in Fairview Heights, Illinois, CICS provides personal care and other daily living assistance to clients at home or in facilities across 40 Illinois counties. CICS is positioned to continue growing rapidly, driven by the increasing demand for home care.

Chicago-based Avid Health at Home operates across the Chicago metropolitan area and in North Carolina, providing exceptional in-home care to individuals of all ages. The CICS acquisition will accelerate Avid’s expansion throughout Illinois.
