A. Buchholtz & Company Closes DIT-RiverGlade Capital Partnership

New York, NY – March 11, 2021 – A. Buchholtz & Company (ABC) is pleased to announce that its client, Dynamic Infusion Therapy, Inc. (DIT), a leading provider of outsourced vascular access insertion services, has received a growth investment from RiverGlade Capital, a growth-oriented private equity firm that invests in healthcare companies.

Headquartered in Plano, Texas, DIT is a leading provider of outsourced vascular access insertion services with 24/7 coverage to hospitals, long-term acute care facilities, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers. DIT’s full-service offering includes the upfront procurement of supplies needed for the insertions to the eventual completion of the procedure by one of DIT’s specially trained, employed nurses. By outsourcing with DIT, clients see improved patient outcomes and reduce their costs versus maintaining an in-house vascular access team. Leveraging RiverGlade’s long track record of successfully growing healthcare companies, DIT will continue to grow geographically as well as expand its service offerings.

“Chris [Chris Matthews, co-founder] and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome to our process,” says John Monday, co-founder and CEO of DIT. “The team at A. Buchholtz exceeded our expectations in just about every way. I am extremely excited to partner with RiverGlade and look forward to helping expand DIT’s reach, service offerings, and to continue to provide the highest possible level of care to patients.”

DIT’s deal team at A. Buchholtz & Company was led by Andy Buchholtz and Dan Brunello. ABC team members have worked on hundreds of M&A transactions and closed deals across a broad range of industries. The firm specializes in advising companies with a minimum of $10 million in revenue and serves business owners and private equity firms throughout North America. In 2020, A. Buchholtz & Company formed a new partnership with Perkin Industries, Buchholtz Perkin LLC, to focus on transactions in the TMT, games, fintech and healthcare services industries.

RiverGlade Capital partners with founders and management teams to grow exceptional healthcare companies. The firm invests in companies that have demonstrated strong organic growth and where value can be accelerated through human capital investments, operational improvements, strategic planning, and dynamic organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
