Rez is a Corporate Development, M&A, Private Equity, and Structured Finance professional with over 25 years of global experience applying his expertise to add significant value to clients across a wide spectrum of industries and firm development stages.

He possesses hands-on experience leading multidisciplinary deal teams in sourcing, analyzing, structuring, and executing Corporate M&A (buy-side & sell- side,) Private Equity, and Corporate Venture Capital transactions, having successfully participated in a number of private and public transactions with a combined value of $7.5+ billion across 100+ closed deals.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (with honors) in Engineering from The University of Glasgow, UK, and a Master of Business Administration degree (with honors) from Emory University, US. He is also a UK Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA.)
