Wooda has over 25 years in private equity and investment banking services. He has been involved in hundreds of sell-side and buy-side engagements, assisting M&A professionals in the understanding of any given company’s historical and projected financial operating performance and its impact on business enterprise value. The client companies he has evaluated cover a wide gamut of industries including; manufacturing, distribution, media companies, staffing services, construction, medical devices, healthcare, among others.
Wooda has 23 years total active duty and reserve service as an officer in the United States Navy, where he specialized in deep sea diving and salvage operations plus expendable ordnance management. After returning from Operation Desert Shield, he was in charge of a Pacific coast missile maintenance facility with an inventory of over half-a-billion dollars of high-tech missiles made ready for combatant ships of the fleet. He retired as a Commander in 2006.
Wooda holds a BA from New York University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut
