With nearly two decades of experience across M&A, valuation, and management consulting, she plays a key role in preparing the financial narrative behind each opportunity—ensuring that performance, growth potential, and key value drivers are clearly understood by buyers.

Prior to joining A. Buchholtz & Co., Priscilla worked at Mariner Investment Banking, where she contributed to over 150 closed transactions, supporting the development of marketing materials and financial analyses for hundreds of companies brought to market. Her work helps position businesses effectively, anticipate buyer questions, and reduce friction during due diligence.

She works closely with founders and management teams to:

• Highlight value drivers and growth prospects 
• Support the business through due diligence, including Quality of Earnings processes
