Andrew Buchholtz

Andrew Buchholtz has been helping clients buy and sell businesses for 25 years. He has worked with owner-operators, private equity funds and both public and private corporate sellers on hundreds of M&A transactions.
Andrew began his career as a media M&A specialist at Veronis Suhler Stevenson, both as a third-party advisor and a limited partner in their equity funds. Since then he has worked at BMO Capital Markets, B. Riley and ultimately as the Head of Investment Banking at Woodbridge International. Among his largest transactions, he sold Fast Company to Bertelsmann, bought Hanley-Wood Exhibitions for Informa, and sold White Directory to Hearst.
He has worked with small and large companies in technology, media, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, business services, and other industries.
He currently serves as President of A. Buchholtz & Company.
