Dan Brunello

Dan has more than 13 years of investment banking experience structuring and executing M&A transactions, advising clients ranging from large-cap public companies to small family-owned businesses across a variety of sectors. He previously worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions groups at Deutsche Bank in New York City and at Wells Fargo in Houston, where he advised large-cap corporate clients, and at Woodbridge International in Philadelphia, where he advised middle market clients. He has advised on transactions totaling >$12 billion in TEV. Dan holds a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business.
